How to get Pikablu! | 1. Defeat the Elite 4 and have 7 pokemon on Lv. 100. 2. Have all 150 without cheating! 3. Go to the guy in Pewter who asks HAVE YOU BEEN TO THE MUSEUM YET? Say no and he'll take you there. 4. Walk in and go upstairs. 5. Talk to the girl who says MY DADDY IS GOING TO CATCH ME A PIKACHU. 6. Immedietly walk out and fly to Celedon. 7. Go to the game corner and talk to the lady next to the guy who gives you 50 coins for $1000! 8. She usually says YOU CAN GO NEXT DOOR AND EXCHANGE YOUR COINS FOR POKEMON. 9. But now she says I FOUND THIS HIGH LEVEL POKEMON BEHIND THE MUSEUM. SINCE YOU HAVE ALL THE BADGES AND I CAN'T CONTROL IT, YOU CAN HAVE IT. 10. Then the box pops up and says YOU GOT ????? 11. Name it Pikablu at the namerater.
